We want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to us at contact@support.albo.media. This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution.

Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.

Cancellations

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it enters our production queue.

If your order has already gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution, depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues. 

Damaged/Quality Issues

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item, along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

Refunds Policies

Product Orders Refund Policy

Because products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue. 

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Locked Messages Refund Policy

Locked messages are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your locked message. If you have issues accessing the locked message after payment, please contact us at contact@support.albo.media. We’ll be happy to troubleshoot the problem and find a resolution for you. 

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods. 

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.

FAQ:

Q: What size is the clothing?
Our clothing is sized as close to USA standards as possible, articles of clothing of the same type but different collection may have a different fit such as an athletic/slimmer or an oversized/baggy fit. Please check the description of each item.

Q: Do you ship to the Internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally.

Q: Why are your products more expensive than before?
At the beginning of 2026, we massively revamped our site, operations and entire product catalog with only premium quality products.

However please note that we have also negotiated new rates with our shipping partners and so depending on your delivery address, your shipping charges may be dramatically less than before.

Q: Do I have to pay additional fees?
Due to strict customs inspection, this sometimes happens with international orders. We have no control over these charges and so we cannot tell you what the import fees may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from location to location. Upon delivery within you country, you may need to pay an import tariff to your shipping company. 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
After your order is placed, it will usually be sent out within 3-5 business days. 

Within the US, transit time averages about 3-6 business days within the United States. International shipping time ranges from 1-3 weeks, however due to the rapidly changing international shipping situation as of 2026, international transit times may be extended. We apologize if there is a delay in your order, but please understand any delays are usually due to international shipping transit times and are something that we do not have direct control over.

Q: I received the wrong item with my order, what should I do?

Q:How should I wash my shirts & hoodies?
We highly recommend washing your clothing flipped inside out and ideally, hanging to dry in order to reduce shrinkage of cotton. Tumble drying may shrink items with high cotton percentages so if you are concerned about shrinkage, we recommed ordering a size up.
